Yes, Honchey, I am watching the Double Irish Chain quiltalong and enjoying it so much. I have to just be a lurker right now until I finish a few other projects but want to do this pattern too. So many projects and so little time!!:)

Hi Swappers, After a very hectic several days the baggies will be on their way today. Sorry it has taken this long. I was called into work for 3 days this week, Had a flood in the bathroom from the storm that passed over us from a fan vent. Couldn't find the 3 sets of blocks I made. I think they will show up in NC where I probably left them.. If not I think my cat ate them.


I'll be following the Irish chain sewalong… I really enjoy sewing 9 patch blocks. I'm still sewing the 2 color 9 patch blocks that Sewbiz hosted and will probably put together a "Niners" top.. My friend in NC told me that I was the first person that made quilt "tops".
