September Mini Quilt Swap
 

For this swap we will be making miniature quilts. The suggested size is 6-18 inches or anywhere in between, finished. Square, round, rectangle, hexi, it’s up to you.
(If you and your partner decide to go slightly bigger, that is up to the two of you)


The theme is “Makers choice……”
(I am hoping that you will find out something about your partner and make something special just for them)
The little quilt must have a top, batting and backing and must be bound. You can use any method you wish to fashion the top, piecing, appliqué, whole cloth, thread painting etc.
This will be a partnered swap.)
Please PM tlambing by August 31st to sign up. I will then match up names and get them out to you soon after. You will have until September 30th to mail your tiny quilt to your partner.

Any swapper that fails to follow through and does not contact me and their partner will be banned from any of my future swaps and will receive bad (swap)feedback. I know that sometimes things happen that are out of our control, I certainly would take this into consideration, but you MUST COMMUNICATE.

WOHOO for SEPTEMBER ( Already).... I am in ....

Not going to have time. I have my Boom blocks, fair exhibits, company, and quilt show exhibits to get done. Plus tennis elbow still and doc said I have to limit my quilting. When he said that, I grabbed him on the coat and told him that I must quilt! Like that went over well. Good thing the doctor has a sense of humor.:mad:

Count me in on this one -- I think it is a wonderful idea to get to know more about each other

QuilterMomma, Tennis Elbow can be just awful to get rid of. Everything aggravates it. So sorry you have been side lined by this. Take the time you need to get well.
