This swap is for ONE Fabric Postcard.
*Cards must be appx. 4 x 6
*Have some type of sewing or quilting.
*Have some type of finished edge.

Be creative, try out new skills, play with embellishments, etc. Have fun! Google or Pinterest fabric postcards for lots of "eye candy" and/ or tutorials.

The rules are simple. You will pm me when you mail your postcard off and when you receive your postcard. And, you will afford your partner the same courtesy. You will mail your postcard with the correct postage. If in doubt, have it weighed by the post office. And please, make sure your name address, and board name and your partners name and address are on the back of the postcard.

Thanks Judith. Will be going to south Florida beach house tomorrow for 4 days, Labor Day weekend. Just about out of vacation days for this year, all OK in Orlando, had lots of rain Wednesday night. Suppose to go to a craft festival in Venice Fl this week end, hope rain goes away.

Miriam I am excited about this months theme, I love apples and apple pie, I remember learning about Johnnie Appleseed in school many many, years ago. I Can't wait to see what you design.

Miriam, thank you for sharing. I grew up in NY state and, I believe I've seen that video. :o It's fun to revisit a memory.

Miriam the video was cute I just got another ideal.

I just got back from the fabric store. Not one piece of fabric with an apple print on it in the whole store.

I have some in my stash. Pity, Miriam if I was closer I would share some with you.

Someone had some in her stash and said she would mail it.

I found apple trees in my "fall fabrics" bin. Waiting to hear from Banwell.

I haven't made a start on my Postcard yet as I have been suffering with a pinched nerve in the right groin......very painful and debilitating. Have been to the Dr and Physio and am now feeling whole lot better. Also I have a couple of urgent orders to complete. I have finished the wedding order of a hanger and lucky horseshoe ornament. I have two mug bags to make that will be part of a presentation gift for the two speakers at our annual quilters gathering Saturday week. I will attach a couple of pics of the Hanger and Horseshoe.

Oh Betty!! Those are so pretty. I hope it brings the intended Bride and Groom good luck. Don't worry about your postcard Betty. You still have lots of time. I hope you start feeling better every day. I haven't started my postcard yet. But, I do know what I'm going to make. I will get it started this weekend.

I think I am first to receive my post card for September! I received a whole package today! I love the clever post card I found. Maxie also sent some post card backer. Very needed. She included a whole yard of batik fabric, matching thread and some trim. The trim has little balls on it. Thank you Armylady2012. I am waiting for my apple fabric to arrive.
