Low sign up could be because people are finishing up other commitments and starting holiday prep - they might not think they can meet the deadline. :(

Oh woe is me....1st day of a three day weekend for me and my baby (sewing machine) decides to have issues with the bobbin area - a weird clicking noise.
I have cleaned her super good including taking the plates off and cleaning them, changed bobbins, re-threaded, and changed needles. I don't know what else to try.

I guess I will have to get out my Kenmore for basic piecing until I can get her into the shop.

I shouldn't complain really - she has never had a problem in 4 years until now.

woo hoo - picked up my machine on Friday evening and finished my blocks tonight! They should be in Monday's mail to you Jane

Dragonfly Nana, sorry I forgot to take pics, I'm getting bad with that. I had started taking pics of my swap blocks, but stopped. I need to be more organized. Oh, glad to hear they arrived. Working on the mug rug swap right now, and then will start next months block. I think I need to order some fabric for that one.

Glad to hear you made the deadline glasqlts - more for swapping.
I only sent 3 sets as one of my sets was just a bit "off" and they were duplicates of another set
I kept them for me because I can fudge it in my own quilt.

Well I got my blocks yesterday in mail. Didn't open till this morning. ( Woke up at 2am when DH got up to go to work). Open pkg, and I was so amazed by the colors, I just had to put them on the wall. Well one thing lead to another, and behold. Another one finished and to add to the UFO pile. [ATTACH=CONFIG]498047[/ATTACH] Thank you Ladies for such beautiful blocks. I love it.

Received mine today and they are lovely. Just had time to kind of "stick" them on the wall but thought I would show you my collection. Been a long day, cut up our deer, steaks, ran some through the cuber for chicken fried, made burger and burger patties. Will sure be nice this winter though and the freezers are getting stocked.
