you know, i'm really glad that n2 and i chose to donate our quilts, but it's a little sad that i didn't get a squishy in the mail. i know. silly. but i just can't help missing it. who would have thought??

I received my squishy in the mail!!!!! I love love love my quilt from Jacie! She did an awesome job!!! I also received 2 hotpads from the selveges!!!!! Thank you Jacie!!! Can't wait to meet at Stan's!! We just had a steak supper Saturday. It was yummy as always!

just can't do justice to the looks. As for the menstrual PITA well all I can say is THANK GOODNESS that I don't have to deal with that anymore, not for the last 6-1/2 years at least. Now all I have to deal with is the sleeping hotter than I ever did in my life, the hot flashes, and for me the moodiness when it is time to change my estrogen patch LOL. It's a long running joke in my household/family that your life could be in danger if I don't change my patch on time, so there are MANY "reminders" to anyone and everyone in the household for me to change my patch Monday morning and Thursday night LOL. Good luck with you and hope that tea helps. |
I am in awe at the wonderful works of art these DQs are. Love them all!!!
I have both my partners tops done, binding ready, label ready and I just have to get them quilted. No worries, they will be out in the mail on time for sure. Sorry for the delay, caught the flu this weekend so trying to get better. The blocks just took me a bit to sort and get done. I won't be making that block for awhile. they did turn out pretty though. Oh that is right, you will see when they post photos of them. |
