It cant be said too much; everyone might be at different levels of experience, but that just adds to the fun. I cannot believe how i have grown as a quilter since joining this group. And i believe that to be true for most of us. When i get a quilt in the mail, it is the thought and effort i see, not the workmanship. As long as the gifter has tried their best, i am happy. I am always happy to trade with a new quilter, old quilter, any quilter! Have fun and be happy.

Oh, the quilts coming in are outstanding. I worked on mine for annaquilts last night and today. Became close buddies with my froggie stitcher. We had a rrriippping good time. Not satisfied with the way it came out, so am looking for a way to "enhance" its beauty. Prob be mid week before it will be ready to post.

I am sitting in my bed sewing pieces together whilst watching a programe called "call the midwife". It is based on the diaries of a midwife working in the late forties early fifties. It is nearly 9pm here and mothers day so I am not in bed in the afternoon, honest.

I watch the Midwife.

I just finished reading "The Midwife".
