Oh, such nice, whimsical quilts coming in, I think everyone did such good work! Thank you to my partner Ms Grace, I am giving a talk tonight then I can put stuff away and finish hers up-will be able to really put some stitching in it! I just feel so sorry for those families. Keep prayers going.....

This way I am prepared for my grand daughters, when I have some close enough. I finished the top of my crazy quilt, now hopefully this weekend, inbetween large quilts, I can get it quilted. Did not realize how long that would take, deciding on all the fancy stitches I have on my machine, then all the little pieces I thought I needed to put into it. Then the butterflies. Whew, it is full right now. Hoping my partner likes the chaos.

Check out this little beauty from Grandma Di. I love the little deer button and the fuzzy nest under the bird. She also appliqued the butterflies. Her embroidery is all hand done.
