I've sent a PM to Carsey, but heard nothing back, I don't know if I am included in this swap or not, it was before the deadline that I ask to be included, does any one know if she on vacation, sick, or ect??? I don't want to make 12 blocks of the same if I'm not going to be able to swap! Any suggestions on what to do! Since I will be leaving for a few days, next week I would like to get them started so I don't have to be in hurry when I get back from my trip!

I think it came out looking pretty good for a new quilter, took me a few minutes to figure how it went together, but after I did found it quite easy!

I am sure you are good to go. And there are plenty of people to swap with. I am sure you will be included. And we will swap with you, if something happened and you were not included. Look on your private messages and see if she has even had a chance to read your private message. You can even look on the swap page. She will add your name if it isn't there.

Ok I ran into a problem, with the red fabric, I ran short of a FQ to finish the 12 blocks, so I ran off to Hancocks where I purchase the FQ and they didn't have any more in stock, so I went to another one across town, and they didn't have it either so I went looking around the store to see what I could find that would be close to what I was using and found this!

So my question is I know there all suppose to be the same, but I'm learning and didn't know how many blocks a FQ would make...and I'm going to have to use a different red and this is a close as I could get, is this exceptable?

I do have plenty of the blue!
