Each person makes 12 blocks (one set). You mail in the 12 blocks and then I will return - to you - 1 of yours and 11 different ones from 11 other people. That is the FUN part!! It is so exciting to see all of the different beautiful blocks.
Also:
I think the reason the swaps have that in the instructions is because some people sign up and then can't follow through....some with medical, family or other problems. I don't have a problem with the "pre-signing" before the blocks are done. Anyone is always free to cancel their sign up at any time. We know that sometimes "life gets in the way of life" and we can't always do what we would like to do.
Please feel free to sign up before your blocks are done. If at any time you need to back out, just let me know!!!!
