Balinda, that looks like one happy quilt. It is getting more vibrant with every row. HOW COOL!
Ligia, that doesn't sound like a lot of fun, and to think: I belly-ached over a 5 hour layover. Hope you get home soon and safe.

Kathy, Pam's top got to the house safe and sound yesterday. Thanks for the magnet.
I just took a teeny little look at the edge but I haven't opened it all the way. GOTTA FINISH the other one first. I am so close!!!

UPDATE: Got two borders sewn on last night and I think it's turning out better than expected. I was going to put hearts in the corners but that sort of looks like a disconnected afterthought - so I will have to figure a ribbon that crosses the corner. Hope to get that sorted out tonight.

At least no belly-ache here. ;)
Have never expected to be caught in volcano smokes area

OK, I hope it was worth the wait. Finished at midnight last night and I like the way it turned out. The lovely models are Sandy and Terri from work. By the way they hold it you can tell that it is huge. (Roughly 72" at this time)

....and here is the one I got to work on for Pam. It came in the mail last week. It is very pretty and very busy so it told me last night that it wants to have a basic and simple border to frame the rest. I shall go find the perfect fabric after work today. (oh darn) Joann is holding this one with Sandy. Yes, the windmills are 3D.
