I think they'll fit in one of the small flat rate boxes, it may be cheaper to use an evelope though.

I checked at the PO and they have a Priority envelope for $4.90 that looks like it will hold everything very well, and you can easily fold up the return envelope and put it inside--which would be a little tricky with a box!
