Blue and white are good. Turquoise with orange and red would be.....different.

What other color combinations are people thinking? Which one of the blocks would you suggest for a newbie to these?

I think I'm being adventurous just signing up for this! LOL. I am hoping that my partner will want SPRING colors. It just seems to be the colors to use right now to get me out of the end of winter blues, etc. This is a great time to quilt with all those colors. I'm anxious to try out Rhonda's way of doing this. A new method that I can learn and have fun doing it.

Woo Hoo! Partners. I'm glad that I gently twisted Shelley (sgardner) arm to join up. LOL. That's what she usually calls it. I'll be chatting with Dee (Dream56) to find out how to do this stuff now. :)

Shelley does great work. I've seen her "wings" blocks and was in awe of them. You have to thank Rhonda for pairing up with you Shel. i just suggested that you join us in the fun. :)
