hey gang - please please please remember to label your sets with your board name, state, etc. Also it is helpful if you put your board name on your sasa envelope - thanks!!

Hey gang - me again. Just a few reminders as you are finishing up.
1 - label your sets with your board name, state, etc
2 - double check that you have 50 squares per baggie
3 - No flannel, please. If you sent some don't worry it will make due but for those of you still cutting, please NO flannel.

I went to the post office yesterday and have five or six squishies. I begged the postman for a nice US post office rub - they are fabulous.

Just back from the post office. The list is updated as of this morning - Thursday March 10. If I counted right I already have over half the sets and the mailing deadline isn't until next week. You guys rock!!!!

Missi, I go in for hip replacement in the morning. I am finishing up 12 more stacks of squares today before I start sorting them into the 20 individual piles.

My sweetheart (DH) has offered to take them to the post office if I will write out all of the instructions for him. He will put the squishy in the mail by or BEFORE the deadline. Sigh... I know he can do it.

Thanks in advance for handling this swap and for understanding if anything should not go quite right... :-D

Thank you. Yes, what they can do nowadays is marvelous. Three hours from surgery and I just can't sleep anymore.

All my little postage stamps are in their ziplock bags and everything is ready to go to the post office. Whew, not recommended to do on the night before a big day.

As my Mom used to say as I was growing up, "See you in the funny papers". [not sure what that really means but we all used to get a big laugh out of it.]   :!:

Thanks Missi for the link! "Omigosh" is something else isn't it?! Whoa! 1/2 inch squares...not 1 1/2 inch...but 1/2 inch! Sure not something I can do...yep!...defeated even the idea!
