Sounds like a great plan that leaves many of us a little 'green'!!! Will look forward to your future postings. I thought 'I' did good this past week by cleaning off the shelves of a 5 foot long 'grocery bread rack' with six metal adjustable shelves that I purchased about four years ago for some of my fabric, but it only made it to the back porch and thus accumulated many odd items. So...when I was almost done finding rightful places for the accumulated, hubby says, 'when you get that done, that rack is going to the dump'. Ummmm, "NO", I said, "I originally bought it for fabric and since you won't build me shelves it will be exchanged with the small two shelf bookcase in the sewing room.".....and I'm sticking to it!!! It's quite heavy & sturdy and I will cover the shelves with clear vinyl & remnant fabrics and will be good to go.

Lucky Lady! You will end up with a wonderful space. Lots of work ahead but it will be worth it.

Congratulations! That is so exciting. Be sure to put in a lot of insulation both in the ceiling and walls. You won't regret.
