some day...I think I need one room just for FABRIC....I went to my friends new house and she has one small room, that was a home office, off of her studio room(that was the formal dining room) and it is 3 wall so of shelving with bins full of fabrics! So glad my DH got to see that...heheh

I love your room so nice and organized. I love your valance. I hope you enjoy your electric scissors as much as I do. I sew a lot of pj's 15 for xmas and fleece pants love them for cutting batting as well. Well worth the price.

What a GREAT sewing area!! So much space! Very lucky lady to have such a generous DH! Does he have a little corner in there too? My problem with our previous house, is my quilting/sewing room was the back bedroom, and I always felt I should spend more time in the front room with him, but he never complained. I did all my hand work out there, however. Now, I have a much smaller space, but am in the main part of the house just off the kitchen, and next to the living room/tv so I am sort of still in the midst of the family (wonder if they think that is a good thing????) LOL

Nice space; love the "visitor corner" as well (smile). Thanks for sharing.
Desiderata (Max Ehrmann) - Walk placidly amid the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.
