my 'too low' cutting table grew with 4 large cans of tomato sauce...and i will be adjusting an old cabinet and getting an ironing top for it before our Thursday sewing group! what a good idea! and one less thing (the ironing board, which i use mostly for folding tables, anyway) in the middle of the room.

What a great idea. Added storage is bonus.

Really nice. That is a great idea. It is always nice to have the extra storage space. It seems there's never enough.

My "Big Board" is 24" from front to back and 60" long.

The china cabinet bottom is 18" from front to back and 50" wide. It is 33" high.

That's a *brilliant* idea! I'm definitely saving this idea for future reference.

Get some bed risers-- and make it higher.
