    My new sewing room

We moved from a house where I had the entire two-car garage that I had boxed in and made into my sewing/quilting/craft room. I don't want to enclose my garage at our new home, so I have a sun room just off the kitchen that I have turned into my new work room. Not as much space as I had before, but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I have to store all my fabric in tubs/bins in my garage, only because the mid-arm machine and frame take up so much space.

Looks like youíve made very good use of the space with organization. My momís sewing room was a sunroom off the kitchen and I just loved it.

I agree with Zozee...you certainly made great use of the space in your sun room and it looks like a comfortable place to be creative. I hope you enjoy your new home.

You will certainly enjoy using this space. Because it is right off the kitchen, you have easy access to the coffeepot, right? I really like your cowboy boot quilt, the one hanging above your quilting machine.
Sometimes I try to act "normal," but it gets boring so I just go back to being myself.

Great space. Must admit that it took me a while to figure out why your long arm sat so close to the wall with the handles facing the wall. Then it dawned on me that the machine also had rear handles and you use pantographs. Maybe I need more coffee this morning......it's gonna be one of those days!

You will love being close to the kitchen and part of what's going on in the house. The space is really nice and hopefully will bring you much enjoyment.

Love your sewing space and it looks so organized. How nice to be right off the kitchen so you can sew for a few minutes and check on your cooking too!! Enjoy.

You could run a nice business in that setup. What kind of Mid Arm machine do you have? I am looking for one.

That's organized and looks like you can get right down to creating! I'll be right over! Just kidding, of course, but it does look inviting.

Terrific set up for your new sewing space! The boots top/quilt is fun, and stars one is bright too. Happy stitching!

Awesome new sewing room. Looks like nice lighting over your mid arm. Everything is close by when you need it & being just off the kitchen is a real plus.

Awesome!! I really appreciate having to cut back on space, as we live in an RV now & I only have a small corner. Basically my recliner with a sewing table in front of it. I've made it work, but yours is so much more fun looking!! :-)
