    My sewing room

I thought I would share pics of my sewing room since I cleaned it up after getting my Christmas projects done. It probably won't stay this way for long!!

Your sewing room looks fabulous! Today, I am going to work on getting my new sewing room set up and functional. We moved into our new house in December, so decided to just do the holiday and then begin. Glad I did, but boy have I been missing it. Thanks for sharing your photos and inspiring me.

All I can say is.....WOW!!!!! Beautiful space....I'm not going to post pics of mine....I use two bedrooms, one for sewing and one for cutting and fabric storage....nothing matches. But yours is great....I have an antique ironing board like yours...and I love the little dress forms....silly question----are they decorative or for doll clothes?

Thanks everyone! The dress forms are all decorative. I look for them at all kinds of stores.

I like how you decorated your cupboards. You have a great pin cushion collection. Your space looks nice.

Nice, comfy, neat! Wow! Thanks for the idea of hanging rulers on the side of shelving. Smart!

The top of the cutting table is the top of a table I used to have in my kitchen. We took the legs off and it is just laying on top of the 2 cube things which are back to back and give me storage on both sides. I bought the cube things at A C Moore but I'm sure you can buy them at other craft places like maybe Michael's.

Love it! Did you buy the lamp with the iron on bottom? Your wall hangings are really cute too. Do you have patterns?

Thanks! The lamp had the iron on the bottom when I got it. My oldest son flips houses and it was in one of the houses that he bought and he gave it to me. I want to do something with the shade but I don't know what yet. The patterns are Sewing Memories by www.maryspatterns.com and the other is Button Bandit by www.FriendFolks.com.

Cool room, lots of things for us to plunder through.

One of my sewing rooms is going under renovation soon.
btw, I love the dressmaker form, my daughter has one named Fru Fru.
