    New cabinets for fabric

I had sketched out my ideas on graph paper and told him that I wanted this "some day". Well, two months later I have my new cabinets! I wanted to share them with you. I am so proud of what a wonderful job he did and I am so happy with the results. I wrote about it on my blog~you can see before and after pics there. http://grammyquilts.blogspot.com/201...uilt-room.html
Oh wow! Fabulous, that is a room to die for!! I have a similar room that was my 18 y/o. He joined the Army and I was dreaming of taking it over. Mind if I copy?? lol!! I don't think my husband will be quite as helpfull as yours.

I really love it! I'm going to show these pictures to my husband. My room is similar to yours, but with double windows and less room on each side. But I don't have nearly the fabric you do (yet!)

Great sewing room, just what I have been talking about. Having the fabric behind doors to prevent fading. You must have a wonderful time sewing in this roon

Thanks Judy-that quilt was on the front cover of Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine Fall 2011. I made it as a block swap with four friends. I am going to blog about in about a week or two.

Amy, I'm afraid not......but if I did, I think you would have to get in line! He would be popular with the quilting ladies.
