    New cutting table

When I moved my sewing room upstairs I had a makeshift table for cutting. I found these cabinets at habitat for humanity store. Lots of storage I didnít have. The cabinet on the right has pull out shelves. Name: 4BAC8633-3741-4B40-AB5C-FC9BE7E45AB9.jpeg

Size: 1.23 MB I kept my big cutting table and stash in my downstairs sewing room but this room saves wear and tear on my legs!

Great recycle of those base cabinets.
You will soon discover that you can cut more and more on the smaller space.

    Love your spool racks!
Looks like pinks and reds are your favourite colours.

Even though half the size of yours I too use a recycled base cabinet as my cutting and pressing station and love it. It’s the perfect height and the storage is great! Nice station

Thanks for the source...I just did a web search on them & it looks like Walmart sells them for $29.99 & Amazon sells them for $39.95. If the Walmart store doesn't have them in the store, they can be bought online from them.

Great set up with your cabinets!! I'm ordering your spool holders today, too... three of them! What a great idea and such a cute decorative look!! Thanks for the idea! I just got a longarm and redid a room for it. One of my best friends quit sewing and I inherited all her thread- mostly embroidery, so I need a more pretty ways to display each color family as my sewing room walls are full already.

    Very nice cabinets.

I have upper and lower kitchen cabinets in my sewing. I have a 90" countertop on the base cabinets. Lots of drawers and cabinets.
