Prices are right..but geez..16 dollars to ship one little bag of clips? No thanks!

Yes it seems like no matter what you order the shipping is $16. But if you are ordering more than clips it is worth it. I can get the racks from a friend at wholesale but wholesale is $12. So if I order several things it averages about $1 to $1.5 per item so I am still way ahead.

IKEA does have some clips very similar BUT the big difference is that the clip part faces out so in my case this won't work because my fabric would be facing the wrong way - not quite sure how to explain.

What are comic boards that you use to wrap fabric on? Where do you buy them? I do not buy over the internet because I do not trust it.

Some web sites will let you fill out an order form and then print it out to send in so you don't have to give any personal information. Some even offer contact information so you can phone in an order.

Looks like a store! So neat.

I'm probably the only one doing it but I wrap my FQ on the comic boards too. At least I do for the ones that are part of a collection. The miscellaneous ones go into a drawer. I have mostly collection FQs.

I also use the comic boards for my FQ's. I purchase the large ones and then cut them down (not hard to do). The excess (of the boards) that I have left over goes to a teacher friend. The kids use these scraps for all kind of art projects. All of my fabric is put on these boards. I then put the fabric in bins that are color coded. It's amazing how many of the FQ's will go in a bin. BrendaK

I would think it would be more economical to get some brackets and cut some pvc piping and use pant hangers - the kind with the pinchers on them. Think of all the fabric you could buy with the savings!
