Why aren't you a lucky one! You will never leave it once its finished. Do you have facilities as well? Now that's a sewing room in the making if I ever saw one. Congrats

Wow! I envy you! Can't wait to see the finished project! I am trying to make a back bedroom into my sewing room.....currently a throw room for all the junk (excuse me, I mean stuff ) that gets thrown in the back bedroom!

What flooring are you going to have? I agree to save a large space for a design wall. Will you have shelves/built in cabinets for storage or furniture for fabric/tool storage? What kind of lights? I'm jealous.
