So...I made this today and tacked it up beside my new quilting table. Seems like this would work well for other things on rolls like embroider stablizer too... I used quilting fabric and Timtex to make this. The back is one pannel of Timtex covered with fabric on both sides. I made tubular slings of quilting fabric also stiffened with Timtex and sewed them across the top to the back pannel. The whole thing is about 36" long and 20" wide. Wendy What a great way to get them off needed shelf space and off the floor and out of drawers. |
