Too much thread!

I use to put all my extra tread on my guild's free table. I don't do that now because no one took it. Seems no one wanted the thread either. Most are set in their choice of threads. I give it to thrift store.

Cashs mom: I have attached a photo of one spool (which is a keeper) to show you what I mean by poorly wound. I could probably use it for a bobbin, but I am not sure it’s worth trying. And if I turn all my spools to bobbins (and I would need another hundred bobbins to do that), it just moves my clutter from spools to bobbins. My goal is to keep the essentials that I can and will use in the next 5 or so years. Even if that means giving away “good” thread.
Two more photos: my drawer with “keepers” (plus 3 spools of silk thread that are camera shy) and my “donation” pile.
