Hi, I am in Sealy, Texas, 50 miles west of Houston. Welcome to you. There will be a West Houston Quilt Show, in Katy Texas, April 8 & 9th. It will be at the Merrill Center just off I-10. Your local quilt shop should have all the details. Also there is a SHOP HOP coming up soon, according to my LQS in Katy. Check it out.

Howdy, I'm on the SW side of Houston ... as mentioned above, the WHQG show is always a good one ! Their Guild might be one you'd like to visit too. The Houston Shop Hop is in late March. The Kingwood Quilt Guild is also having their bi-annual show, either in April or May ? The Woodlands Guild has a bi-annual show too. And FYI - IF you don't know this already, the QUEEN MOTHER of all Quilt shows is the International Quilt Festival - held right here in Houston at the George Brown Conv. Center every year in November. It's the largest show in the US and it's right in our backyard !! Don't miss it !! :)

Sheri, maybe you can help me. There's a quilt shop in Sugar Land that I haven't been able to find... actually called the shop, and the girl kept saying "It's right off Hwy 6." But Hwy 6 is quite long, and at least 3 bazillion streets intersect with it. <G> Well, I drove around and around, and never did find it. Do you know where it is? I'm sorry, I've forgotten the name of it.
