I know there are a bunch of quilters in the Austin area. My sister moved to Wimberly not long ago and joined the quilt guild there. I got to go with her when she joined. Since then I joined one here in Louisiana because they meet closer to where I live.

Anyhow, we may be going to Austin for Thanksgiving. My niece and nephew live in Austin, and the niece will be hosting dinner for family members at her place. Not sure if I'll be able to meet up with anyone though, as my time will be limited.

Does anyone live near Buda? The Onion Creek Quilters meet at the Onion Creek Senior Citizens building on Tuesdays.
