Yes, they do. D'or had a table about 15" long with bolts of fabric for cutting then another about 8" long with 5 yd pieces.
The Rug shop in Hurst had more quilting fabric than I've seen there--about 40 bolts--not a lot, but it was good quality for 1.50. I may kick myself for not getting more--but I'm getting too much fabric after these sales--I have to cut back.
