Near 95 exit. Been away a few days!
If you are in Midlothian on RT 60 you would head towards Powhattan, then on into Cumberland. I'm about 50 miles out of Midlothian

I always say this but it bears repeating. Google quilting guilds in VA or sewing centers near your area.

I belong to a group, Friendship Quilter (part of Richmond quilt guild) that meets every third Saturday in Glen Allen at a church. I live about 1 1/5 hour south west of there.

I'm in Lunenburg county, and our son lives in cumberland. He is the assistant park manager at bear creek park. I understand there is a group that meets in Farmville.

I'm 5 minutes from Bear Creek so I might know him. LOL I will see if I can find out about the one in Farmville but I've been looking for about 3 years and haven't found it yet. Do you know the name of it?or someone that is a member?
