    Nancy's Notions

The "Big Sewing Weekend" is happening the first weekend in May at Nancy's Notions in Beaver Dam, WI?

I went there last year, not knowing this huge weekend-long event was going on. She opens up the warehouse and everything. LOADS of stuff on sale, lots of vendors, raffles, prizes, etc.

I can't remember, but I 'thought' Nancy herself was there one, day, too...

Just curious if I will be running in to any of you.

You are going to enjoy yourself, this will be the first year I will not attend, have attended the last 5 years. Nancy normally has a vendor spot on the vendor floor and she does day show and evening show. Have fun and take your time you don't have to purchase your items until the last day (Sunday). They have a coat check system once you shop take your items to shop check and they will give you a chip with number and you can continue to add to your box the entire weekend. If you can wait until Saturday after 4:00pm if you need to leave that is when most of the items go on sale and much cheaper. Customer Service will also mail your items for you if your not driving. Have FUN!!!

If you have every ordered from nancy notions you will have a number called ID# if by chance you have any old sale catalogs around look on the back you have ID#; if you call customer service with that ID# and ask if they have coupon you did not receive one and could they leave it at customer service for you, it has sale items on it and a 30% discount coupon on any one (1) item. I normal purchase the fat quarter bundles with 40 with the coupon. Hope this helps, the main thing is enjoy yourself and if you can take some of the classes they are very cheap.

I haven't seen a magazine for quite some time from them...hm....I will call and have them put one aside. The fat quarters are a great idea for the 30% off!
