*WHINE* I wanna be there.... 40 degrees and foggy this a.m. in Newport Washington ...... I AM quilting today in the motor home tho! AND I am within walking distance of a BEN FRANKLIN mercantile stype store (they have $4.99 flat folds and beautiful normal price ($9.79) fabrics!) Not sure if they have them in AZ...... I heard it was really hot in there a couple of weeks ago, will we have air today? Hope so, I dont do well in the heat :)

I sure hpe so, Sue... I didn't realize there was a 2nd thermostat, so part of it was my bad. It has been fairly nice out here at night, so I'm hoping there won't be too much extra residual heat in the building.
Guess I could run up there now & turn on the AC to be sure, but I'm afraid the hubby might eat the baby. Both are in foul moods, so I will have a grumpy, teething, diaper-rashed toddler with me, so as to be sure that there will still be said toddler when I get home...

UPDATE!
Reminder- we meet 1st & 3rd Sundays, so we will *not* be meeting on 10/30, as it would be the 5th Sunday.
Our next meeting will be 11/6, and the idea of doing a potluck holiday brunch came up. If you're on-board with this idea, bring something to share!
It was also discussed that since most people will be deep into planning for Thanksgiving, we will not be meeting on 11/20. We'll pick up again on 12/4.
In this same vein, I think it is safe to say that we will not be meeting on Sunday, 1/1/12. :)
If you want to be added to my email list, please send me a private message and I'll add you! Thanks!
