I'm glad everyone had a good time! I really missed going! Our birthday party fizzled as my son from Everett WA was still loading his moving truck and didn't make it! He arrived around 11:15 pm and we had the truck unloaded in about an hour. This week he is deployed on his Navy ship for the next 10 months and another son leaves for boot camp! Wow, busy around here!

Ohhhhhh soooooo much fun! :-D :-D Quiltingnonie we sure did miss you! Yep it was a hot one-but still managed to have a glass of wine!

To the QB'ers: it was so much fun to meet all of you. I'm looking forward to our next meet in The Dalles. Special thanks to Pam's husband for taking pics for us and hanging out with the ladies! What a guy!

I never really figured out where the park was, but I was also just walking around all googly eyed at those quilts! I'm not sure I was completely aware of the time, anyways.

WHAT is in the Dalles??????

The Dalles is on Hwy 84. Alot of people go there to wind surf. Hwy 84 is known for its beautiful scenic drive. You will find the waterfalls there. But The Dalles is found along the stretch.
