Well today I am going with my mother in law(sharon b) and another board member who I have not met yet, to Shipshewana or amish country as it is also called. We are meeting for lunch and then off to fabric stores! I can't wait. I am so excited. I haven't been to Shipsi since I was 8? so about 14 yrs. and back then I wasn't there for fabric! Thinking of taking my camera so I will post pics later. :)

Oh I love Shipsy..... haven't been there in at least 5 years. Wish I could meet you all there...... the fabric shops are so much fun. Don't forget the yoder's shop south of town. And the ideas you'll get....... I'm a little jealous.

I am soooo jealous!!! I love, love, love going there. We were just there last July and hubby took me to all the quilt stores and fabric stores, bless his heart. Have fun.

Have a great trip, and a word of caution, amish don't like to have pictures taken of them. Make sure it is ok with them first. Some will and some won't.
