Did anyone in our area attend the quilt show this past weekend at Oak Mountain Middle School? I meant to post last week so I could see if any of us could have a "meet and greet" so we could get to know each other face to face. I went Saturday from about 2pm to 4pm-hope others were able to attend.

Didn't know about it this time. Please post early enough next year and I will try to attend. So few quilt shows in my area and I would love to go to more of them.

I am a member of the Birmingham Quilters Guild and it was posted several weeks ago, you must have missed it. Hope all that came enjoyed it very much. We have it in the month of June bi-annual. So, the next will in June of 2013, mark your calendar. HA HA ! ! !

Have you ever been to the one in Cullman that is being held later this week? Hope to be able to go either Fri. or Saturday.

Yes, I didn't miss it for several years. It has been held in Birmingham, Hanceville, etc. I usually take classes and enter the show with items; quilts and wearables. I haven't decided whether or not I am going this year or not.
