Trip to mary jo's in gastonia north carolina
Would you like to join a sewing group of a Senior Citizens Center to go to Mary Jo's in North Carolina. We are going June 8, 2012; leaving from Covington Hwy in Decatur, GA. The bus will leave from Covington Hwy at 6 am, and then from Gwinnett Mall at 6:30am. We will spend 4 hours at Mary Jo's, returning to Atlanta at 6 pm. The trip cost is just $35.00 per person to pay for the bus. We have approximately 20 seats left on the bus. So if you are interested, please send me a message and I will give further information. It is just a fun day out with quilters, crafters and sewers, etc.

Since I live in Greenville, SC, I won't be able to ride the bus - I doubt you are coming this way. But I do love Mary Jo's. My husband and I have to go to the Charlotte Airport June 19, so are planning to stop at Mary Jo's on the way back. After Mary Jo's, we'll stop at Hamrick's Outlet in Gaffney on the way home. My two favorite stores.

Going up north first week in August and plan to stop. Remember MaryJo's has no carts so
bring something to tote your fabric. However when my quilt group went up I called ahead and
said there were senior ladies who needed the cart and they rounded up a few for us and had
extra people at the cutting tables. Very accomodating and yes go to Long Creek Mills.
