Default Virtual Quilt Show??

Did anyone else attend the Virtual Quilt Show sponsored by Gammill, Martelli, Bernina and others last week of April? I did--no admission fee for viewing the quilts (and they were great), got to vote viewer's choice, and did take 3 classes at about 1/2 the price at "in person" shows. they did the classes via on-line videos (I didn't do any live classes) and had followup (on our homework) via chat rooms and Zoom meetings--both works ok although I had some internet problems on my end with downloading my sketches for one class (needing an updated laptop).

Think we'll see other big shows like this unfortunately.

I did see the advertisement and contemplated a class or two but it was my final week to study for my Real Estate class final exam so I didn’t want to over extend myself. It sounds like you had a good experience other than your internet connection and device.

I agree, I think we are likely to see more of this kind of thing in the future.

Haven't used Zoom much but it seems to stream better if you close all other tabs.

Missed that but a lady where I live had a quilt show on her lawn for ppl to drive by and enjoy. Was beautiful and I thought a good idea for a reason to get out of the house.
