Eddie, your Portugal quilt turned out great. With it turned with the green at the bottom, it seems to swirl counter-clockwise. You'll have other picnickers coming up asking where you got such a bright, cheerful quilt. I can see you getting into designing your own quilts & if you let your imagination go you'll come up with some very creative pieces. Think outside the box & you will be making quilts like Klue does on commission & selling them....that's if you want to sell them. Keep up the great work.

Well, if you do want to sell any as suggested by Sheila Elaine, I'll be the first in line. Another beautiful job.

You're definitely TOO CRITICAL of your work, Eddie! Anyone would be happy to receive this for Christmas! It's just beautiful and the colors are really happy colors. But...since you've decided to keep it, you'll definitely be styling on your next picnic!

Eddie,

Sometimes you just have to try out a pattern to realize it just isn't for you. The process is not enjoyable and the end is not what you pictured it to look like. But, to look a this quilt, it is a little jewel. One day down the road.. just step back and see how it sparkles.

It will be the center of attention at your picnics.
