I thought maybe it was......Joan Bassett is a member of the quilting group I belonged to when we lived in AZ. She's designed many patterns and is published in some quilting magazines. She's a great person and one of our friends. Small world. (lol) I have one of her wall hangings here in my sewing room. I really treasure it!!
