"South end of a north-bound cat"
#1
This is a work in progress. It's very heavy & warm so maybe I'll finish hand quilting this winter, at least I'll enjoy working on it. My cat loves to sit on my lap when I'm quilting, so this is normally covered it cat hair. It's all flannel with velveteen setting strips. A lot of the flannels are from other quilts I have finished, some are from my mother's stash; I always try to "forward" fabrics from one quilt to another. I made this for my son who is 18 & loves cats. I hope the photo does it justice. The 'southend' block is bottom row, center.

I really like this (guess that should come as no surprise)
How did you do each of the cat blocks are they applique? What a great idea.
My quilts are always full of cat hair too! Especially the hand quilted ones. It is quite the chore dehairing the finished quilt.
PS Welcome to the board!
