Default $14

A friend bought an old quilt top many years ago and brought it to my long arm partner and I to quilt. Once we looked at it, we thought she had probably paid about $14 too much. Seam allowances were all over the place, the fabric was very thin, absolutely nothing was squared, and there were bubbles, pleats, and even small holes where there was no seam allowance. We explained the issues, but she really wanted us to quilt it anyway with a simple meander. We figured we really couldn't hurt it, so we began the adventure! She was so thrilled with the outcome. We decided it went from $14 to priceless. I'm sorry that the picture rotated itself. Please stand on your head to view it.

You never know until it's done. I think it is fabulous even with all its faults.
