It depends, if I'm shopping with a specific quilt in mind then I buy what I need for that. Or if I just really like it I buy all i can afford. If it's a great bargain, then I buy all that I can afford...Otherwise if I'm just buying to put in my stash, then I just buy a few yrd

I was the JoAnn's by me would move. There are three that I can get to pretty easily from work depending upon which job I'm at, but the closest is still 30 minutes from home.

I just got back from a trip to "city" and shopped JoAnne's--I always get so frustrated when trying to use their coupons cause everything I want is already on sale! But scored big today--I was filling a large tube of "crafty" items to send to my DIL for her new daycare endeavor--used all my 50% off coupons, plus at least one for fabric for some that I wanted for Christmas sewing. (ok--I also bought some other fabric that was very marked down!)

I got a good buy at Joanne's today with the coupons. I spent $215. with some of everything and the coupons brought the price down to $143. I was real happy with that price!
