    The quilt is made entirely of batiks.
    So that is what the background fabrics are.
    There are many fused together:)

    Wow! That's gorgeous! We live in suburbia and, believe it or not, there is a small bison farm right down the street. The man who owned the farm sold some of the land for housing. So, in the background of our local bison, you would have to include houses and a school!
