I used 5" for the four print squares and 7" for the navy center. A 4-1/4 " block to put in the center of the navy.
You can find the pictures when I finished the top here. these show how i cut out the fabric behine my window to get rid of some of the bulk

What a gorgeous, gorgeous quilt! It's truly stunning. I think you should enter it into a quilt show, if you're inclined to do that sort of thing. Did you design it yourself?
