I have done lots of in the ditch, but haven't tackled a design yet! Still using the walking foot! :? That is inspiting! :lol: :lol:

Beautiful table runner. I am really impressed with your quilting!!! You can't be a beginner! It is lovely. I need to really work on mine, I've done a couple of meandering but havn't tried any type of pattern or anything like that, yet

No, Rosemary, no stitch regulator, but I set the speed at just under half. I also used 60/2 thread on this so it looked "fine" on the neutral background.

Oh that is just gorgeous! Now you have me excited because i will be trying free motion quilting in 2 or 3 weeks, and i was thinking of doing what you did in your sashings, and wondered what it would look like, and yours looks wonderful! Ok, if you can do it, i can do it, right? Maybe? lol :) :) :)

Of course you can Barb - I'm very much of the "if I can, you can" - I'm only learning. And I do think the finer thread helps, cos it is difficult to spot the "whoops".
