Very nicely done. Looks like a lot of work went into it.

What wonderful work. I look forward to seeing the mate to this. Someone is very lucky to get such spectacular works of art.

What an amazing job of applique! How long did it take you? You must be into S & M. If I had started 30 years ago, it wouldn't be finished even now! Thank you, you are so very skilled!

Golly, you have just shown another one. You must really stick with your work. I sew a little and sit a lot. LOL That doesn't make for many completed works.

I have been working on these for a couple months- it's a 'process' that's for sure. I had the first large (top & bottom) 6 blocks done when I received a call & asked to make them 96" long! so then I was back to the graph paper trying to figure out how to make them look (right) long & narrow---came up with a plan & went back at it- but I've had a few other projects that were * needed to be finished* so this kept being set aside---now I need to get these done! I have an end of August deadline. I am stitching the wide outer borders appliques now for this one- have 2 of the blocks for the second one stitched- 4 blocks ready to stitch...have a wedding quilt I just finished piecing last weekend that I need to get quilted & bound before I can quilt these...geesh- seems like a lot when I write it down! guess I shouldn't be sitting here on the computer- I should be in my sewing room.
