Congrats on the new arrivals!! girls are so much fun, we are expecting our 5th granddaughter in September and we love the 3 grandsons as much as the granddaughters!! You will have so much fun!! Love the afghan and the bag - what pattern is the bag, if you don't mind sharing the name? Thanks!

My daughter was the only girl grandchild. Her middle name is rose. Mom used to tell her "You are the only rose in my garden".

The bag is McCalls pattern M4403. I got this pattern a couple of years ago when my Grandson was born but never got to make it because he momma got 4 diaper bags for shower gifts. oh well. Now I can make it for the girls

Oh yes they have. I know how you feel. For awhile there I didnt think I would have any grandkids. I just got remarried about 6 years ago and this wonderful man had 5 grandsons. Now my side of the family is having kids. One grandson and soon to be 2 granddaughters.
