Default 2 Shadow Box quilts recently completed

Do you sometimes forget that you have purchased a pattern and then someone here posts a picture and you go "duh, I should really try that pattern" Well, that is what happened to me. I made these quilts tops in March and April and finally took the pictures yesterday. The more subtle quilt is for my sister and the brighter one is for our classroom teacher who is leaving next month to continue on her teaching journey. I made a mistake on one and didn't notice until I was all finished - I hate that but what's done is done All my quilts get at least two coordinating pillowcases also!

Great quilts and the boo boo isn't noticeable. I resemble the painting "The Scream" when that happens.

Neato! I got to try the shadow box thingy at least once. Never made one. I can't see any mistake, it must be well hidden. Great job.

Kool. You are probably the only one to know any mistake. These look really good to me. Pattern is also on my barrel list. You did a good job. BrendaK

Love your quilts and I had to search them both 3 times to find your inverted block. At least you did put it "out of the way!" Don't tell anyone else and hopefully they will never know. I love your colors.

Very pretty quilts. I've never done that pattern, but I really like it!
