Thanks for posting!! because they were located throughout town made it somewhat like a scavenger hunt!! I got several pics too, but love yours, especially enjoyed the first and last ones.. truely works of art. love the "Dogwood" ribbons, think they are beautiful esp for those lucky enough to be recipients! Everyone puts in amazing talents and work in the whole experience. It is an awesome show, and kudos to the organizers who pulled it off in-spite of the rising waters.

Every time I see pictures of the quilts at Paducah or Houston I am overwhelmed. They are so intricate and precise. I would never be interested (or able) to make a quilt for a show, but I can certainly appreciate all the work that went into them.

It is my wish that ALL quilters get to go to Paducah at least once. It is a very nice town with lots to see. Of course the show and museum was terrific. If you ever get the chance to go during the show, DO NOT PASS IT UP!

One of my friends who went with us on our trip has a serious health condition that will only get worse as time goes by and I was bound and determined to get her there at least once for the show before she gets too sick. She loved it.
