This is the project that took most of July and August. The pattern is Pennsylvania from quilterscache.

I would like to thank mic-pa for embroidering the label for me. Its beautiful. I do have to fix the corner where I attached it to the quilt.

Laken is posing for the camera. She's usually runs from it. Figures she had to have a black eye for it. That's what happens when you poke yourself in the eye with a pencil. The house has since been combed for any stray pencil and pens that could possibly be found by a 1 1/2 yr old.

    Beautiful!

Laken doesn't look any worse for wear and tear with her "shiner". lol
Just think....it only gets worse when they get older. lol
    But she's a cutie!

Gorgeous quilt. I love the colors and how I see two patterns depending on what one I'm focusing on. That's one cute little girl, too.

WOW love that quilt!! I like how the colours set each other off to change the pattern. And your daughter, you caught a little person that just needs to be picked up in a big hug and kissed like crazy. She's a doll! She must like the quilt, too, to insist on posing with it. :) :)

Great color combination and quilt pattern. It's like Karla said you see two different patterns depending on what you focus on. The pillows look good in the print. Nice compliment. Seeing your label make me want to by a machine that embroideries. Nice!

That Laken is a cutie, black eye and all. :D

I know. I'd like to try out applique and embroidery before long, also.
