2nd baby quilt
#1
In June I started a new job. A company I knew - with a lot of people I knew. I realize now how very lucky I am that I love this job . .but thats another story.
There were 2 girls that were expecting babys when I started in June. Teri had her baby in October and knew she was having a girl. I got that quilt done pretty quickly before Ava was born. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-68041-1.htm
Sara decided not to find out if the baby was a boy or girl . .so I decided to wait and make her qult after the baby was born. Chase was born about 6 weeks ago and I finally have his quilt done.
I know everyone says practice, practice, practice - but I am finally finding out how true that is. I actually liked doing the binding on this one. Now that I have my binding tool. Each one I do looks a little better :)
Still not as good as I would like - or as good as I see on the board - but I'm happy with it.
