3-D Pinwheel Baby Quilt UFO Finished
Excited to have finished this baby quilt for a special friend who became a grandma for the first time in March of 2014. She was a classmate of mine from the 1st grade through 12th grade. It took me a long time to find the right fabric. Glad it did as she posted photos of the baby throughout the year. They are now a part of the quilt backing. The pinwheels are 3-D as well as the prairie points in the border. I hope she likes the quilt. The fabric I used is LOL by Me & My Sister Designs for Moda and Moda Bella Solids White. Another reason I'm excited to have finished this quilt is that I joined in on the 2015 UFO Challenge on the board. A great incentive to get things done before starting new projects. It's also great to see other members meeting the challenge!
